Indian sign language course is offered by Ali yuvar Jung institute for hearing handicapped (nihh) in bandra west !!
I wanted to do this course hence did all the research ..this is an email excerpt of the mail I received from the Indian sign language cell of nihh.

Vidya, 

This is with reference to your email regarding the Indian Sign Language courses.
The Indian Sign Language Course is of three levels.
  1. Basic Course in Indian Sign Language Level A
  2. Advanced Course in Indian Sign Language Level B
  3. Professional Interpreting Level C
All three levels individually are available on Part time basis (Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 8.00pm for a period of 6-8 months) and full time basis (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm for a period of 3 months). 360 hours of instruction in each level is compulsory.
The course fee for each level is Rs.1500/-(Registration fee Rs.1000/- and Caution money Rs.500/-). The caution money is refundable after the completion of the course.
                           
ISL courses are available at all regional centers of Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneswarand Hyderabad.
Hostel accommodation is provided only on availability of space. Hostel maybe provided only for a full time batch and do not include food charges.
All the 3 levels can be done together in a 1 year Full time Diploma. The details of the Diploma course are as follows:
Name of the Course: Diploma in Sign Language Interpreter Course (DSLIC): 
Duration:  1 year.
Timing: Full time basis (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm) 
Total course fee:  Rs.18, 000/-  without hostel, and Rs. 36,000/- + Rs. 3, 500 per annum as electricity charges with hostel
**Stipend of Rs.2000/- per month is given to students with 50% and above in qualifying examination.
Eligibility: 12th/ HSC or 10+2 or its equivalent examination. Candidates with higher qualification would be given preference.
Age Limit:  no age limit
No. of Seats: 15 seats
Diploma course is available at Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped at Mumbai, Northern Regional Center of AYJNIHH, New Delhi, and Eastern Regional Center of AYJNIHH, Kolkata,

The admission notification for the one year diploma course in sign language interpreting course starts every year around April and last date for receiving applications is 31st may.



The institute is open Monday to Friday  from 9am to 5pm
